1. Damaged or Defective Items
All items at zlzszy.com go through strict quality control before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sale@zlzszy.com
 with clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. Return Authorization (RMA Requirement)
All returns must be approved in advance.
Please contact our customer service team at Sale@zlzszy.com
 to request a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging
In resalable condition
Return request made within 30 days of delivery

4. Return Shipping & Tracking
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. A valid tracking number is required to process refunds.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn items
Items damaged by misuse
Items returned without authorization

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if approved.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

7. Late or Missing Delivery
If you do not receive your order within 90 business days after shipment, please contact us at Sale@zlzszy.com
. You will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
